Communicate. Connect. Lead.
Connect to Lead
Training Program for first line managers
Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential for first-line managers to succeed and confidently lead their teams. The transition from individual contributors to first-line managers requires a significant shift in mindset and behavior, particularly in building confidence, self-awareness, and a personal leadership style.
Our Connect to Lead program provides first-time leaders with the skills and tools needed to effectively handle their new responsibilities.
By focusing first on leading oneself then leading others, the program builds a strong foundation of self-awareness and confidence. That translates into effective leadership behavior
To guide participants through the program, we use the metaphor of a captain on a Sailboat.
From clearly setting the destination and planning the best route, to navigating and adapting to ever changing conditions, to motivating individuals to work as a team, we teach the most important leadership skill.
To enhance the program’s impact, we incorporate the Strengthscope® assessment, endorsed by the British Psychological Association. this tool will:
Enhance Self-Awareness:
Helps managers recognize their unique capabilities and areas for growth.
Optimize Strength Utilization:

Improve Energy Management:
