The right to request deletion

Once we receive and confirm your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.

How to Exercise your rights

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. 

The request must:

Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify whether you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative.

Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the Personal Information relates to you.

Upon receiving your request, we will respond within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 45 days), we will let you know in writing the reason and the extension period. Our written response will be delivered to you via email.

We will only disclose information related to the 12-month period preceding your request. In case we cannot comply with a request, we will explain the reasons why.

We will not charge a fee unless your request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If the request warrants a fee, we will inform you why and provide you with a cost estimate.
