Creative Thinking and Ideation

How to Bring Ideas to Life

Creative thinking is consistently ranked as one of the most important future skills in recent global surveys on workforce capabilities.
In a world of constant change, evolving customer expectations, and accelerating AI adoption, the ability to think differently,  and to help others do the same, directly impacts results.

However the creativity process and the ability to generate ideas that actually work is often missed.
Many people assume they are simply “not creative,” and managers are often unsure how to lead a process that produces innovative and usable ideas.

This workshop focuses on how creativity actually works, and how individuals and teams can intentionally generate, refine, and bring ideas to life.

You will learn:

  • Common mistakes and biases that limit creativity
  • A structured ideation process: from defining the goal to selecting the ideas to move forward with
  • Understanding divergent and convergent thinking – and how to make both work in practice
  • Best practices for effective ideation – choosing the right method for the goal
  • Human Creativity + AI: how to collaborate to reach breakthrough outcomes
