I am inspired by Barry Katz’s “It’s All About People” philosophy and the growing emphasis on investing in soft skills and employee well-being. Being part of this shift in the business world motivates me to contribute to meaningful, people-centered change.

With a background in psychology, education, and project management, I offer a strong combination of interpersonal skills and operational expertise. My experience includes managing client relationships, developing leadership training programs, and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.

I have worked in non-formal education and disaster management, where I designed and implemented initiatives to empower individuals and teams.
