Connect to Lead

For First-Line Managers

In today’s fast-changing, global reality, first-line managers are expected to lead through uncertainty, communicate with intention, and build alignment across distributed teams.  The Connect to Lead program equips managers with practical leadership tools to first connect with their people: building trust and understanding, lead, motivate, and make things happen.

The program begins with Leading Self: Managers gain clarity around their leadership style, strengths, and how they want to show up as leaders.

It then moves into Leading Teams: Participants explore the transition from individual contributor to leader, shifting from a task-focused mindset to a people-focused one, and adopting a growth mindset. They also connect with their personal purpose and leadership identity.
